Несколько знакомых рекомендовали воспользоваться инструментом рассылка битрикс whatsapp, когда мы искали способ быстро уведомлять клиентов. Подключение прошло без проблем, интерфейс понятный, рассылки стабильно доставляются. Это сильно упростило нашу работу — теперь мы можем отправлять уведомления прямо из CRM без переключения между сервисами. Очень помогает при большом количестве заказов и обновлений статусов.
